Marketing emails via "invitations"

Go after hidden revenue

Our system is unique in that you can directly market to any contact lens patient in your practice. We have categorized them into several marketing lists:

Patients without email addresses
Patients who have never ordered through the platform
Patients who were reminded to re-order but did not order yet
Patients overdue to see you

In one click send them a marketing campaign to invite or re-engage them and drive more revenue to your practice.

When new to Dr. Contact Lens - this feature can help you capture lost revenue from the last year. Simply use the "not invited" list to send all your patients an invitation to order.

Send at night

When choosing when to send marketing emails/texts - the best times are between 4-9PM or on the weekends. Patients may ignore emails/texts during the day when they are working.

Send newsletter

Before inviting patients for the first time to Dr. Contact Lens - we recommend sending a newsletter announcing you now offer easy one click ordering from Dr. Contact Lens. Send this newsletter via weave, solutionreach, demandforce or any email server you use to communicate with your patients.

Send frequency

We recommend using the email marketing tools every 2-4 weeks to go after the leaking revenue at your practice. Remember, contact lens wearers have to wear contacts...if you don't sell it to them someone else will!

Expired prescriptions

The email marketing campaign is designed to drive action and catered to your contact lens patient. Rather than saying "you are due for your annual exam" our system reminds them "they can no longer order contacts and it is time to see their eye doctor to be able to re-purchase." This keeps them in your practice and away from online eye exams.

Branding

Your logo and practice name will be on every email and text sent to the patient.
