Orders

This menu item will show you all of the orders placed inside the DCL platform both by the practice & by patients. Insurance claims that need to be billed will be shown as a notification here. You can view back orders & tracking information by selecting the "search" button next to any order.

Sales

This menu item will show you your top 5 brands prescribed, sales by manufacturer, modality, lens category and doctor. Use these business tools to analyze your contact lens business.

Verifications

This menu item will show you any prescriptions coming in from your EMR that need attention or matching. Click on the prescription to match and approve the prescription.

If the patient only wears one contact lens, click the "disable" button below the prescription and then hit save.

If the patient wears a specialty lens, click the "specialty lens button" to filter them out of the system.

Reports

You can view live annual supply rate, capture rate, payout statements, and download the latest price list from online retailers.
